Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Any product that shows signs of physical damage caused by the customer, misuse, or unauthorized repair will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please contact our support team with your order details, product information, and the reason for the return request. Once the request is reviewed and approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

Customers are required to securely pack the product to prevent damage during return shipping. After the returned product is received and inspected, the return request will be processed accordingly.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system. In most cases, refunds are completed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Contact for Return Requests

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
